Where does BS damage come from?

Hi All,

Ive seen a few reports of people running around with bone spear damage in the thousands (some as high as 6K+!).

I'm running a bonemancer at the moment, with maxed spirit and spear. Teeth is just below the 1,000 dmg mark.

I'm wondering..... 1,000 dmg is a long way off 6,000. Where does all that damage come from? I would guess its from +skills? If so, how many +skills do people run to get high damage?

At the moment, I just have +2 skills off the wand I'm carrying (but keep looking/gambling for those elusive +necro skills circles)

Thats because you are comparing Teeth to Bone Spear. Bone Spear damage is upped by maxing synergies (Teeth, Spirit, Wall, Prison or Marrowalks bug).

Sorry if I mis-represented it. I only included teeth, as its the 2nd synergy I'm maxing (After bone spirit). I mustve put the wrong word in the wrong place. Oops!

I meant to say that I have just under 1,000 bone spear damage. I have bone spear and spirit maxed, with teeth at about level 19.

So I'm wondering where peopl get their enormous bone spear damages from?

charms and the marrow walk bug that would give u a nice dmg boost, but IMO marrow users are lame.

As useful as that is....

I'm wondering how many +skills people aim for in a bonemancer (which in effect will explain their damage output).

Does anyone have any useful info?
