A 4 socket Paly Scepter with as much +skills such as Conviction or Charge or Redemption. Need to make a HoJ for my auradin.

Can't be shopped. You'll need to find it. And if you find it, be sure to stock up on Orts.

The Orts would probably be for repairs due to the weapon having high maintenance with +3 bonuses to multiple SLvl30 skills. Hand of Justice is for a caduceus, not a divine/war scepter, and those don't grow on trees. You'll have to do a lot of farming just for one to drop, and when it does it's not likely to have 4oS and those mods. Assuming it has no sockets and isn't superior, you'll have to take a crack at the socket recipe and cross your fingers.

Of course, if you do that to an ethereal caduceus or one with fantastic other mods you'll be hunted down, drawn and quartered. Good luck!

Damn... if I can't get a 4os Paly Scepter with decent mods, what alternatives should I make HoJ out of? PB seems too high of a dex, but I might go block on my Auradin... Hmm...
