Where can I find charms with ilvl >= 91?
I'm looking for charms that I can reroll to skillers with 41+ life. I know about baal and diablo, but I've seen some places that nithalak and pindle also can drop these. And other places it says they can't.
So where must I go to get charms able to get more than 40 life?
