When you say "guide," do you mean just the recipes, or something else? If you're looking for the recipes, Arreat Summit is a wealth of information for all things Diablo II:

To what end? What is your end goal with the runewords/crafts you'll create? Many of them have specific purposes and util we know what your goals are it's rather hard to give specific advice. All you'll get is very generalized statements that are repeated in a lot of the guides out there.
