Where best ti shop Life Tap wands?

Would it be normal/nightmare/hell difficulty?
Wat act and what merchant?
Any help would be appreciated.

Coo guys. I bought one. Have at least 200k+ gold to about 400k when going to shop for these.

It seems ANYA(act1) and ORMUS(act3) have fairly easy chance of spawning them.
I recommend doing it act1 because its faster to get out of town and back in through WPS.
My lvl95 hammerdin fetched me one in 4 runs (under 5 minutes) Should be easy to shop.
A real beauty 105 charges level 6 life tap!! hehe.

EDIT: Just shopped a level7 terror wand with 112 charges yay!

Those are some nice wands. Some of my wacky variant characters have had a Terror wand on switch as their only crowd control, and Life Tap is great for merc (and character, in some cases) survival.

The fastest wand shopping must be in act 2, if you have a map where the town exit is just next to Drognan.

Shops in normal difficulty have their ilvl capped; Drogman will not go higher than 20, but that won't allow lifetap charges.

Nightmare and hell shops can sell them, and so can A5 normal. I think A3 and A4 can as well.

Can't be shopped, as all revive and BS (assuming bone spirit) wands purchased will be magic, not plain. Look in nite cows I'd think.

Yes.

To make White, I would just buy a +3 bonespear bone wand from normal drogman with 0 or 2 sockets (bone wand will get 2 sockets from Larzuk, the other wand types ("wand" and "yew wand") you can buy at normal drogman will only get 1).

Then just use that, and check other wands that drop for +3 bonespear and +x something other useful. White isn't exactly made from highrunes, so most people should be able to afford making new ones as they find better wands.
