I remember back when i was in high school a guy i knew got drunk/stoned
and stole a student list for my school with all the names, addresses,
and phone numbers on it. He then proceeded to call just about 230 of the
people on that list and make vulgar noises and comments to these people
on the phone. He was arrested later that night on about 60 counts
of disturbing the peace.
