Whats up with Trangs?

When I get turned into a vampire my casting rate goes waaaaaaaaay down.

Really a let down after working hard to get all these items :/

Not to mention the vampire look is butt ugly

Trangs is appropriate for poison nova nec.
PN doest need good fcr, and fire skills are useful for poison immunes

None of the Necromancer variants need FCR. It's still annoying as crap when it takes 2 seconds to fire off a few curses and spells.

Best bet is to check the info on it in the stickies and see how much you can speed up the casting delay.

The point is that none of them need FCR. Now... is it nice to cast spells super fast? Hell yes! The point is that even if you don't need FCR, it's super awesome amazing spaztacular to have. And most of all, the point is that the set is equally crappy/good on all Necromancer variants, the bonemancer just gets the shortest end of the stick in this case...

The delay isn't 2 seconds, but it sure as heck feels like it compared to how fast you can cast in Necromancer mode.

Let's see how speedy we the ol' Trang-Oul can get...Let's bring up the FCR table here...
Code:
FCR	frames
0	23
6	22
11	21
18	20
24	19
35	18
48	17
65	16
86	15
120	14
180	13
We get +20 from the gloves, boots are out, 10-20 from an amulet, and 20 more from both rings, and 50 from Wizardspike socketed with a Facet.

That's 100-110%FCR. Enough to get our casting down to 15 frames(!)

Interesting note: You can remain in Human form using "Beast" and even though you dump A ton of FCR doing so, you'll come out casting FASTER than when you had the vampire form going on.
