What's this 321% Divine Scepter worth?

What's this 321% Divine Scepter worth? Is it worth anything? Or should i just sell it to Larzuk? I'm thinking of the value if upgraded to Caduceus. (I'm on WHCL).

Its slow, because of no inherent Ias mods, and it just looks dumb to be attacking with something that looks like a hammer and sounds like a wooden stick.
