what's the highest fcr that can spawn on crafted amulets?

    what's the highest fcr that can spawn on crafted amulets?

    All the sites, including this one, say 10% fcr, but I've seen a Druid ammy with 19% fcr and a Pally ammy with 20% fcr, plus other duelers keep telling me that the max is 20% fcr, even though every big site says the max is 10%. Can someone put this issue to rest for me?

    im not 100% certain why but iam pretty sure 20fcr is max on crafted ammys.
    this is 10% from the caster recipe + 10% from an additional mod.

    what about on rare ammies ive seen 20% faster cast but its on a greatly duped sorc ammy but on summit it says 10%fastercast how is this possible?

    could the ammy that my friend posses be hacked then because it is rare and it has 20%fastercast rate.

    Not even classic amulets can have 20% FCR, so it's problably hacked.

    Ok rare 10%, crafted 20%, what about magical? I had someone offer me a +3 fire skill / 20% FCR blue ammy online a few days ago.

    10% (of the Apprentice) is the maximum for Magic items too. Did you see what suffix that 20% FCR ammy had?

    i have the amulets name now its the armegedon fletch or something close to that i have seen variable stats but the one my friend has is rare and has 20% faster cast rate.
