Whats the 7/2/2... -20 eias, Bartuc/Jade Talon BP (FOR d-talon)

Hey, I was wondering what the IAS BP was for D-talon, when using bartuc and Jade talon (-20 eias). The Kicking sticky has 0, and -30.

I basically want to see if it is worth socketing a shael in my tucs.

Got:4 empty armor sockets (Guillame's face, 3 from Nats armor)
    20 ias ammy
    (?)possible ias tucs

I gotta factor in resists and such in hell, mana leech, and may go for 8/3/3/3...

With no BoS, the bp for 7/2 is 78 ias.

It doesn't matter what 2nd claw you use for the kick speed. Since only the first equiped claw makes sure what speed kicks have. So it doesn't matter if you use bartucs + cruel warfist or 2 * bartucs. As long as you equip bartucs first.

    Wait a minute here

So, The claw speeds aren't averaged, as in:
    (-30 tucs-10 Jade Talon)/2=-20 eias

But rather, all that matters is the initial claw that is worn? If that's the way weapons EIAS is calculated for D-talon, it will help me get the IAS bp for 7/2/2/2/2/2.

I Know that all this has been covered before, but am still confused. I had read a post earlier that weapon speeds are averaged. Sorry to make people repeat themselves.

My testing so far has shown that WSMs are averaged, but the ias on the offhand claw isn't being counted in. So, with a 'tucs/jade setup, you'd use -20 for the WSM and only count any ias you put in the 'tucs. I'm assuming that the 'tucs is the main claw.

Why would the speed be averaged then? You're not using your claws to begin with. Mods like open wounds , CB , etf from your offhand claw don't transfer to the kicks. And these 2 things make me say that the speed isn't averaged at all.

That's what i had thought until trance reported that his attack speed with a tucs/jade setup was still at 8/3 even though he had the ias for 7/2. So i started testing with different speed claws. With a -30 and -10 claw, i wasn't getting faster attacks at the -30 bps. My attacks sped up right on the -20 bps. Then i started testing claws with enough ias in the off-hand to hit a faster bp and didn't get any change in attack speed until i re-arranged claws to have the one with ias in my main hand.
