What's going to kill the fastest PvM?

I recently ran into a 2 socket CoA so now I have somewhat decent funds to build a sexy PvM/MF'er

I'm thinking what's best to make out of;

Enigma Hammerdin
Enigma/Beast Necro
Enigma Wind Druid
Infinity Light Sorc?

I know how sick people are of this, and just say pick what's fun to you.. but I just want a machine. Although I've had some good characters in the past I've never had enigma/runewords to play around with.

What would rip up hell everywhere while carrying reasonable MF (~300%?)?
