What's a Pul rune worth?

I hit 82 last night! But that's beside the point. I soloed my NM forge run and got a Pul rune along with some other trash.
I'm not trying to make trades here, I'm just curious as to what I can get for what I've got, if anything. I've been saving gems since I restarted last week and have about 18 Pgems (and some other runes up to lvl 30~) to bargain with as well.
Right now I'm running around in rares + a lolwormskull (have runes but no helm for 'Lore') +2skill homonc, magefists, and tearhaunch greaves(sp?).
All that said, here are a few questions I have.
- What should I be on the lookout for?
- Should I attempt my Hell forge run before I even start trading around?
- How many Pgems should I have before starting to trade?
