Whats a Good PvP Javazon Build?

I've seen a few good javazons in pubby duels with lightning fury and strike. How good can they really be? Are there any guides I can look up? I might make one myself and need help on skills/stats/items. Thanks.

Charged Strike Zons are good at PvP.

CS Zons setup is pretty much a LF zon setup.
