Re: What would you like in a Wildstorm Diablo III Comic Book?
1. Yes, I infact own it. I definitely like the styles and settings... the length and depth of the stories left something to be desired however, but it was definitely a worthwhile buy.
2. Absolutely, I eat up Diablo lore like my life depended on it.
3. I would like to see some more lore around the time of the sin war, such as mroe of what happened leading up to Diablo 1, perhaps more about Uldyssian and the gang. Or perhaps even a sort of walk through of the events from just prior to Diablo 1 (the times of the dark exile) up to the end of Diablo 2. If one was dedicated enough to the lore, the entire plot could be ascertained (specifics such as why the three brothers did what they did) but... it isn't particularly obvious, and it would certainly lend itself well to the suggest format.
4. Other than mentioning I enjoyed the characters around the sin war time line... I really couldn't say... it would be a interesting to try and incorporate different classes as it were in the first comic book... I'm not sure I was particularly found of it switching off as it did.
5. Can't say I'm familiar enough with the ladies and gents.
6. Your heart's desire: If this new series is done, I would certainly enjoy to see a deep rich plot. If one desires to go the way of picking character classes, I think it would be a good idea to pick up additional classes along the way (as you would in the games) to form a party and really work off each characters strong points... include alot of development and character play, add that sort of deep dynamic. Immersion is something I've always loved about the Diablo lore, I hope that aspect is kept tightly.
