what would be the best option for my javazon

After a long break I have decided to come back to the addiction that is diablo.

First I aplogize that I am asking for help in my first topic, however; I assure you i have used the these boards before, yet I forgot my account pass and I am unable to recover it because I switched from aol to highspeed internet and lost my aol email address. Enough about me and onto my question

I haven't played the game in over a year in a half however I am planning on a javazon for reset and i know for sure i will use the following

20 cs
20 lf
20 ls
1 in all passives

that still leaves me with quite a few points left yet no way to deal with immunes so here are the options i am looking at

1) Make a hybrid and throw a point in either strafe, freezing arrow, or both. If i acquire enough +skills would this kill efficiently in hell with a decent bow?

2) Use remaing points into valk. I know she makes a great tank but could someone tell me from personal experience if she has the killing powers to handle large groups of LIs in hell.

3) Acquire a spear on switch and rely on either jab or fend. I have heard of people doing this but i am pretty hesitant about this method.

4) Not sure about this idea at all but someone recommended i simply use extra points for the cs synergies and rely on my merc to handle the immunes.

So my question is which of the following methods will provide the best killing speed and mfing opportunites. Afterall I will need a way to handle immunes if I try running the pit or countess.

thx ahead for any help and good luck to everyone on the ladder.

I would to with freezing arrow if I had to choose between them. With freezing arrow you give your merc and valk a fightning chance if they get swamped with a big crowed. And with pierce you could hit each moster more then once with cold damage.
I think it's possible to get up to 3 hits on a good shoot, would depends on how big the monsters are I guess.(might be wrong on this one, not confirmed)

I would try to get the valkyria to atleast lv17(+skills items work), then she will be equiped with a warpike and do additional damage. My experience of valkyria is that she tend to live longer then my merc. She get same % in dodge/parry/evade as you put in them, without +items. If you decide to use a def(normal, act2) merc instead of a holy freeze(nightmare, act2), she will be even harder to kill, same goes with your merc.

If you decide to jabb, first cast poison javelin, that will turn off their regen. Poison javelin is good when you know the battle is going to be a while.

Untwinked mercs don't usually kill very quickly. Have a backup plan. Like those above. Iam more for hybrid builds myself.

I hope this help you in some way. Good luck playing.
