What will you do when you find out that your account has been wiped out?
You get home from school or work, in a perfect "Diablo playing" mindset after spending the whole day surfing these forums and as soon as you log-in, none of your characters are there. ZERO, ZILCH, NADA, GONE, POOF. You slip into twilight zone mode for a second thinking this is only a glitch so you try once again. Still nothing. Cold sweat starts forming on your forehead and you methodologically disconnect your modem, reboot your computer, knowing it's only one of those glitchy bnet days. Yet after you reboot and obtain a new IP address, your characters are still not there. In desperation, you contact Ash (since he has the highest number of posts therefore most trustworthy) and give your username and password so your account's existence could be verified. Ash says, it's not there either. All your l337, PIMP, Gozu characters are gone!
