What to soc in Rare Bow??

My friend found this in the pit/ladder. He wants a WF, but I think this is cool. Should he soc it w/ a 40/15, Jah, Lo, or ???

its a bootleg windforce, if your euipment lakcs ias, add some ed/ias jewel in it

thats a pretty cool bow. the fools mod on it makes it very worthwhile. and like IIDX said if u dont have enough IAS then an ed/ias jewl will help

147 ias total with a hydra to reach 8 fps

i would ias/dam jewel it....but if i needed the extra 5 ias then a shael is a nobrainer
