What to put in my tomb

I just got an eth, 258%ed, 3soc, 48 all res tomb reaver for a Lo rune! I think that's a good deal. What should I put in it? It's for a rabies/ fury druid.

I'm no expert, but in my experience fury attacks tends to take weapons from tip top shape to must-have-repairs in no time, so a Zod for Indestructible would probably be wise.

I was just wondering about the speed... should I get ed jewels or get shaels for the ias to hit faster bp's?

zod+ 2x 40ed/15ias will give you 7/4444 fury. This is what most people do since the extra ed from jewels is super hawt.

zod + 2x shael gives 6/4444 fury. A bit faster but less damage
