What to put in heavens light

I'm making a holy freeze pally and I just traded a 286% 2sox +3skills heaven's light. I'm not rich.... I'm quite poor on ladder so I need a bit of advice. What shall I put in those 2 sockets. My pally is build on 2 things: -Cold damage -Crushing blow. I'm using Guillaume's face (35% cb) and my scepter (33% ed) and i'm gonna use a duress armor... only have to get UM and i'll try to get gore riders. then i have 35% + 15% + 33% +15% = 98% chance crushing blow. Should be enough..

Now back to the socket part. I was thinking of an eth rune so the heavens light will heave 33% + 25% = -58% target's defence. Should that be a good idea and what do you think i should put in those 2 sockets?

98% is more than enough, since 95% is the cap. :lol:

Now, you should personalize it with what you need... if you need more AR, socket it with an Eth to help solve your AR problems, 2 if you honestly have enough IAS from other gear for a good, fast zeal. If you don't, ShaelEth would be a good combination to get a little bit of both. If you're really slow right now on your zeal, you could throw 2 Shaels in it to up that quite a bit.

It's really up to you, but typically it's popular to either ShaelShael or ShaelEth for 2 sockets...

using highlords wrath and laying of hands atm gives 30% ias... and i also use a blessed aim merc so the ar is also no problem... but i think i'll put a shael in it at first because i want to change laying of hands with draculs.. (if i can get some ) but with my merc ar is no problem... and i'm gonna use 1 ravenfrost too so what shall i put in the other...

The problem is i'm not rich.. else i'dd put a cold facet in it.. but i'm not that lucky with items :lol:

Cold facets would be a cool choice if you're already set for IAS... if you want to change laying of hands, throw a Shael in, and you can never have too much AR, so an Eth still wouldn't hurt. I'd say go for ShaelEth then, and if you come accross something better (facets, etc) unsocket it with the Hel rune recipe... shael and eth runes aren't expensive at all... it wouldn't be much of a loss. :thumbsup:

Its hard to go wrong with an Eth... best rune in the game, hands down. Easy to find and so effective.

You're the first person I've ever heard say it has no cap, and according to every other person I talk to, and every site I visit, 95% is the cap.

And next time, a little less attitude. It was honestly not appreciated. If you think I'm that wrong, and wish to send me attitude, do so in a PM, or else don't post at all.
