What to make next

Well I just finished a Max block Bone necro and let me tell you that it is a blast to duel with. Depsite the amount of fun I have dueling with the nec I feel I need to explore some more classes. As of now I have a fully equipped libby, smiter, and bone necro. I have a javazon I got bored of which has no equipment right now. What I enjoyed about the necromancer was that the pace of the duel compared to my sorbing smiter was much faster, meaning I couldn't just charge through everything without caring what hit me. After watching pvp videos and joining countless duel games that werent completly full of barbs and pallys I have come to some options as to what seem would be the most fun while still being strong in a pvp scene. I say strong because, well, lets be honest, we all want to make a blaze sorcress just for the one time someone going back to town gets pwnt by your fiery deathwalk. But obviously a blaze sorcress isn't a good option, rofl. I could potentially get all the gear for any char, but at some point killing ubers gets very old...

WW/Trapsin Hybrid - Looks face paced and amazingly fun. I have never played an assassin and I know Hybrids are hard as it is. I do have some decent Rare claws stashed though.

Windy Druid - What can I say, Tele-stomping is really fun...I have no Druid gear at all...

Bowazon - Seems like fun to a degree. I also looked around at the guides here and the first thing that was stated in most of them was that a bowazon is extremly gear dependent.

Sorcress - I made a lightning sorc a long time ago....Not really into this kind of thing even though a 200 fcr fire sorc would be kind of intense. Sorcress's seem so fragile to me...

Barb - Well theres the good ol barb. Never made a insanely good barb before although I did have an Ik barb once...Ik barbs pwn.

So if anyone could help me out with what they think would be a good build to go for next I would really appreciate it. Also If I missed a build that you think would be a good candidate please say something.

Thanks.

Here's some of the chars I've had more fun with than any other char (none are listed on your list btw):

Fury/Rabies Druid
Pure Fury Druid
Dreaming Bearsorc
Dreaming Zealsorc
Nova Sorc <<< Still my favorite
Kick/Trapper

Of your list I'd probably go with a ww/trapsin hybrid. It seems like it would be a lot like my old kick/trapsin, and I had a lot of good times with her.

WW/Trap or WW/Kick are the two most fun builds I've played on D2, also very effective in most situations. The best part of them is that it takes a long time to learn to use one effectively, which means you won't get bored of the character for ages. Their gear setups are unique to each char and endlessly tweakable, so these chars are awesome if you like messing with gear. The feeling of a successful kill with a teleporting WWsin is awesome, when everything comes together and you kill a necro in a perfect triwhirl you can't help but smile. You are pretty much always the aggressor with a WWsin, you play defensively only against smiters. Finally, the combonation of stun, cloak of shadows, mind blast namelock and claw block means that you will endlessly be accused of autoaim, absorb and hacking on your perfectly legit character.

Enough of me gushing about WW hybrids, the downsides are expensive gear, long learning curve, they are less effective (though still okay) in team duels, good WW barbs will make your duels very complicated.

Anyone that's played a ww/trap will back Happy on what he said. If your lookin for fast paced, it's a really good option. Not only is it exciting for you, but you'll wear out the people you duel. After ft5 or just a bunch of consecutive duels, me and the person I dueled are wishing there was a bar over by charsi's shop. Although, my rabies/fury druid is my favorite char. I loaded him up w/ frw and good AR. I just run around spreading rabies and picking off nublets with fury. Drawback to him is any good caster tho. A bowzon/jav hybrid would be lots of fun too.. but I haven't gotten around to making one. From what I understand, a well made one can do VERY well in pvp.

While ww/trap zons are really elite duelers when set up correctly why not go good but different route. What about a blizz sorc. With a proper setup you can hit upwards of 18k dmg, while negating most resist with cold mastery. A couple godly ones I've seen (mine only did 13k dmg..) killed easily. The great part about a blizz sorc is they kill very well in hell difficulties and can be easily converted into a good mf char. Even though I had a short sphell on blizz sorc I would say any of the above choices are really good duelers. You really can't go wrong (and if choosing from above I would say a good bvc is perhaps the most versitile dueler in that group).
