What skills are good for a fire ele druid?

A friend of mine is making a fire ele druid with 20 in dire wolf and the rest in fire skills. However with the weird way fire synnergies work we are confused as to what to do. If he can max 3 fire skills what skills should it be? I've heard all kinds of things saying this or that skill is good or bad so I'm just plain confused now. Can anyone help?

how would 20 fissure 20 firestorm and 20 armageddon work?

Armageddon would provide some free damage for 50 seconds while he used a 50% synnergized fissure as the main skill. Would this be viable in hell?

I don't recommend armageddon for a pvm fire elemental. If you are going to max dires (not sure I would, but its your summon), then you should go for the first 4 fire skills. That gives you solid physical/fire damage (cano/boulder both do physical) for the most part at a nice range. Also removes the problem of getting up close and personal. Good luck! Oh yeah. I would also place at least one in bear. He makes a better meat shield for bosses, and with one point, all the ed from +skills affects the wolves.

well i should say that i will be playing with him through the game with a rabies/fury werewolf so that might change things.
