What should i upgrade next?

What should i upgrade next?

I got a pretty decent uber smiter, considering im poor. Im gonna list my gear and i want you guys to tell me what i should upgrade to, and in order of importance. It's capable of doing uber trist(ive done it 3 times with him). I just wanna know what would make it easier. =)


Gear:
Helm - Perf Kiras
Ammy - Metalgrid
Weapon - PhaseBlade Grief
Armor - Guardian Angel
Shield - Up'ed Um'ed HoZ
Gloves - Dracs
Belt - Tgods
Boots - Gores
Rings - Perf RavenFrost/Dwarf Star

Charms:
Assortment of Life Sc/Gc's
Couple Res sc/Gc's

I know I could upgrade armor, having trouble deciding what though. Thanks :wave:

this is a great setup as I'm sure you know. The problem I see is you have next to no crushing blow. I bet it takes awhile to kill them.

I'd swap your Ga for Coh (or even smoke) and get rid of the kiras for Gface. If your smiting the ubers ditch those silly goreriders that offer pretty much nothing over the far cheaper Goblin toes.

Open wound lasts 8 seconds when it procs. A smiter should be attacking at 6fpa or 4x a second. With your dracs OW alone, you'll constantly be re-applying the OW before the duration ever runs out. So the OW on gores is redundant. That leaves deadly strike, which doesn't work on Smite, so the only thing "gores" offers is faster run (as if your really walking around in ubers anyhow it's 99%standing there and pounding them) which is offset by simply charging instead. It then has 10% less cb which is where your killing power is really coming from in the end.

Faster run up to the ubers will still take longer to get that torch then the person who used the gob's.

Ive never understood peoples fascination with goreriders on smiters. Nothing screams poser louder to me then someone using these things over Gob's. (no offense dude)

This should still net you great res and will up your kill time substantially :coffee:

you may need to add a res charm or two in your inventory. Here on HC mode where I play we also use Treachery for its 15% dr 60 all res fade buff (go stand in the river of flame fire for a min to proc it)


ps make sure you have a min of 48% fhr , next bp is 86%.

haha, like 2 minutes after posting this I was talking to my buddy and I decided to get rid of GA for CoH, just gotta trade for some good armor to put it in so i could get my Gface back.

Oh and thanks for the tip on the GT's. Figured id go grab some off a mule anyway. Should I up em or is it a waste?

the first up is dirt cheap so go for it. the defense is pretty moot tbh, I wouldn't bother unless you plan on making a kicker later, then double up'd gob's are incredibly sexy.
