What rune would get me the best titan's possible (like best stats)?

What rune would get me an average one?

you should ask in the trade values forum, because prices fluctuate across realms. for uswest, i would say maybe 2-3 pgems for a bad one, shael for a mediocre one, pul for a near perf one, and ist+ for etherals.

Yeah, I posted it there. Just curious, what do you mean by ist+? An ist will get me an eth one, but I'd have to find the right seller?
