What Realm Offer the best players?

I was wondering what ppl think who has played both EU and US realms think about the overall standard between the 2 of them? Also which are the top 10 players of US and Europe and if a international cw would take place who would win? What do you guys think?

I think not. It's a fun discussion at least from ppl who have played in both realms and has a good view of both.

It used to be east nonladder without a shadow of a doubt (i'm not being partial either), but gm on east had been... killed... by .11 spawns with public mods. So now it's probably either europe or donny's d2pk realm.

Top 10 players on US...? Now or ever? Bleh. A best players ever list would be too hard; best players that are still playing that were from east realm (some may have moved to d2pk and some may have quit since last I heard D in no particular order :/.

Actually having played against a bunch of those guys, most are only good bm. I would say the level of people on east is higher then west tho. From my d2pk experiance.

East 4v4s and Europe 4v4s are too different to tell who would win on equal grounds. From what I saw when I played europe, they like l8zing around a bowzon with a barb/hammerdin and their precious 95 es 123233 life regen fire sorcs and call it a 'godly' team. East 4v4s seem to lean more towards a nec/trapper/barb/druid combo, which demolishes defensive teams like the typical "op tvt." setup just by a sort of advantage (a decent trapper alone can demolish a huddle lol..). So it's hard to tell :/. Though imho a team with hec on a nec, adrian on a trapper, jintek on a druid, and maybe matt or in the old days luis on a barb would lose to nobody

Original Friggen or QQ vs like aT or WeP would be spectacular to see though I'm sure ^^

Europe TvT's basicly suck. Like Camden said its Bowie/Hammer/Baba/ Es sorc.

East NL tvt's made me realise ww/trappers have no place in tvt's.

When I see some of euscnl's hammerdins I can hardly imagine anyone to be better, really.
But then I guess every realm has it's top players and also newbies.

I can vouch that. But it would be so lovely to see a international Cw of some kind. However i think the ping differences will be to huge to get some real action. Anyway my team if i got to chose for Europe would be:

aT-Spawn - Ben
RIP_TheJesus - Vic
RIP_Redlaw - Tammo
WeP_Lamer - Juan

All of these players have meni chars and can pretty much handle them with ease.
Ben can handle most chars and is nice allround. Vic is pretty much godly with any char ive seen him with. Insane locks and great tactical view of field. Tammo is a nice and smart and a great teamplayer. Juan is not godly really if you ask me but he has huge arsenal of chars that are very well built. It would be my dreamteam )

Then there are several more which are great players mostly in NL but also a few in ladder i would have as reserve.

1v1 they arent unbeatable, even though they claim so.


I sometimes like bm dueling too, but those are simply arrogant, selfish and think they are the ****.

Yeah well its partly true if you ask me. SUre they are all Bm and seems to love being so. But i consider myself as decent player and i played for example Vic 1on1 in open when the others were afk. I had no chance whatsoever. So i think its wrong to say just cause they nk, they cant play 1on1? In fact Vic is a top 1on1 player and that goes somewhat for the others as well. And i personally think even if im one of the victims its redicilous to say they are 2vs1 in team when in fact its most often 6 ppl teaming up vs them in games. you cant help to get a bit impressed. And also you say "you cannot 1v1 them, they won't let you." i can understand that too. Why would they accept each 1on1 request they get from ppl they own easily in game. I bet they get loads of such spams each day and after a while u jsut ignores it i would presume. Btw they do play alone aswell. Mostly they seem 2 enjoy playing w a friend but ive seen them alone meni times and the situation is the same when alone aswell. Games gets cleaned so i dont know what that came from heheh.

I'm pretty sure that my ww/ls assassin would lose against them and I consider myself not bad neither.
But what you call 6v2 is in fact a very balanced 2er team that supports each other versus 6 random players that never played together and of which 4 are constantly dead because of being nked.

Not to forget vic/tammo play the biggest cookie cutter pubby build that was ever invented (hdin). There's a reason why they do.
If they came in a pub with .. let's say a sorc - alone. not partied with someone who spends conviction, lower res, or spamms hammers around them while they are sniping.
Do you really think they were that successful?

I personally don't. They know exactly what they are doing, and they control their chars really really good. But they also know that they are successful because they have a charadvantage over almost any character. Don't forget that.


Insofar I despise them. Good, but assholes and pussies.

Yes but clearing public games isnt something that should impres you.

It shouldnt but it does. No others do it in the same way they do it, only that is worth an applaude. Ppl are jsut raged because they get raped over and over even though they are 6 in team vs them. I get raged as hell but i try to kill them and i think its pretty fun aswell actually. Its good training for me )

Na lol that is the case in some situations but i also see 6 ppl going all in. Also there are windies and hammers high lvls in other team, so talking about char advatage, i dunno about that man

Ahem, a clueless windy will still lose to a decent hammerdin, my point was hammerdins are called the cookiecutter pubby clearers for a reason. They to that well. The skill of people like vic comes to show in there 1 on 1's.
