What % of pvpers out there are actually good?

A lot of players buy their equipment somewhere and come to public games pretending to be the best players. But many of them cant win a duel and have no idea why. One of the main points in this game is to know your enemy (very few do).

The % of good duelers is really low. You will usually find good duelers in clan wars. IMO, 5% of pub duelers are good.

I really liked the dueling strategy on 1.09 where bugged wfs and bugged valors were there. Too bad zons suck now.
