What Next?

Well... I am sort of at a crossroads right now. When ladder began I made a pure Blizz sorc to run Meph, Andy, Pindle etc. to get gear to eventually outfit a hammerdin. I have now accumulated a pretty large sum of gear but nothing extremely rare (such as items that only drop in TC85 areas) so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. As I see it now I have two options:

1.) Stick with my Blizz sorc and run Ancient Tunnels/Mausoleum trying to find gear
2.) Create a Meteorb sorc and run Pits, Tunnels, Mausoleum, Baal trying to find higher gear

I really haven't had much luck with Tunnels and Mausoleum on my Blizz sorc and usually get bored very fast. I have run Baal with intermittent succes on my Blizz sorc but end up dying a bit too much for my tastes. From the runs I have seen Baal hasn't really dropped much good though. Anyone have any other suggestions as other areas to run to get some of the higher item level loot to drop?

primary suggestion: do whatever seems the most fun. If you want a break from MF, build something (possibly the Meteorb) that you think you'll enjoy... it doesn't have to be a cookie-cutter build either.

secondary: stick with it... top-end items don't drop every day. It takes hundreds (or thousands) of runs to consistently find good items.

Heh... yea I was feeling down after a bad string of deaths while Baal running so I was a bit frustrated when I wrote my original post. I think I am going to try an experiment and take a couple days off from my usual Meph/Andy/Pindle rotation and just try pure Ancient Tunnels to see what kind of drops I get. If that doesn't work out I may try using another class that may be able to clear these areas quicker (like a Trapassassin).
