What merc equip tp use for Windy's HF Merc??

For my PvP Windy Druid. Im planning on using a Holy Freeze Merc. The concept would be to teleport on top on the enemy and the Hurricane + HF would slow them down. My merc will be using Reaper's Toll so when Decrip triggers, the enemy will move very very slowly.

For my helm, Im planning on a Blackhorn Face for the 20% Slow Target. Anyone know any Armour that also provides this effect?

I tried it out on my friend's barb. Its pretty effective actually.

I am not suprised at all. I guess for pubbies it's fine.

No armour displayed on Arreat Summit has a "slow target effect".

A couple of interesting choices though:
Iceblink has "Freeze target", which I suppose means "slow target" in PvP.
Steel Carapace has chance to cast IM when struck (8%). Welll..it will get overriden by decrep...but still, it sounds intriguing
