What is the max damage on a jewel?

I have yet another question, I was wondering what the max damage was on a jewel? I previously thought it was 15 but I recently acquired a +19 to max damage off of countess in hell. I looked on arreat and it said 15 so I was just wondering if it was like bugged or something. Thx

30 is the max dmg on a jewel, cant remember the name of prefix and surfix :/
