What happens if you're wearing 2 items that grant "half freeze duration"?

Is having two items with "half freeze duration" tedious? Or does having this ability twice effectively lower freeze duration to 1/4?

Half freeze duration is all or nothing, there is no stacking. So 2 items still only give half freeze duration, not 1/4.

- Total of your PLR percent will stack together -> 25% + 25%
- Poison length is penalized in NM 'n Hell *that is hidden*
- To have effective 75% PLR in Hell you would've to have 175% PLR, which is btw answer why it seems that poison never wears off once you've runed throught the cloud in WSK...
- Btw. effective maximum is 75% PLR, though you can stack it further.
