What FHR breakpoint should I try to meet?

At this point it looks like I'll clear the 60% breakpoint, but probably not the 86%. That sound about right?

I want to be able to Teleport around without getting caught by mobs quite so easily. Also, building a Nova Sorceress, so I'll be toe-to-toe with most enemies and need to recover quickly if hit in order to keep crowds stunlocked.

60 should be minimum for blind teleport...I reached 86 and its really nice. Tal Rasha's set with a Spirit Monarch takes you to 80, so you just need to find a charm with the other 6.

i think my only fhr comes from spirit so im still under 60.. with 105 fcr i've never got stuck so far, in fact no monster has ever even hit me during teleporting.
