Sometimes I may find a jewet or armor and it says something like -25.

Sometimes I may find a jewet or armor and it says something like -25.

What does that mean?

-requirements lowers the amount of strength and dexterity that is required to equip an item. For example, a silks of the victor requires 100 strength and level 28. If you put in a jewel that had -15% requirements (jewel of freedom), it would require 85 strength to equip (but still level 28).

Keep in mind that this does not lower the level requirement to equip an item.

So if a helm says -15 requirements, then its minus what is list on the helm I guess?

No, what's listed on the helm is correct, it already has taken the minus to requirements into account, it's just letting you know why it's so low.
