what do you think?

I just wanted to post my ww barb and hear what you guys think or if you have any pointers. I mostly play PvM and a little PvP.

the gear Im using is:
duress dusk

gore ryders
string of ears
venomgrip gloves
+2 barb skill ammy
ml/ll rings with resists

as for a weapon Im kind of up in the air I have a LS and a rare balrog blade but they arent really cutting it in hell. I have sheal ,dol,io,sol,fal,gul and ko runes but I dont know if I should make something with them or just trade them off for another weapon?
any comments on my build this far will be appreciated. I hope it sounds pretty standard, and I havent botched it all up to bad haha

i advise against string of ears and venomgrips. if you can afford it, verdungos and.. hmm, rends or soul drainers (i find dracs pointless for pvm ww, but you'll need them for pvp) would be the ultimate pair. duress is alright but i find it to be more of a bvb armor than anything.

make sure to have a raven frost in pvm and the angelic setup in melee pvp. your AR is painfully low; i think all my pvm ww barbs have at least 8k. (i *think*)

your gul and fal runes could be used to make 'kingslayer'. it's a really nice weapon with very balanced mods.

Rik did some math awhile back that put a good magic reduce String on par with a verdungo's, as far as life saved vs extra hp goes. I have both, and wear the verdungo just for the hell of it, but switch back to the string on occasion.

i wear it partially for style points (looking at my char screen), partially for the vit/DR, and partially for the higher def than string. mostly for the vit and looks though.

string looks like a sash, looks like a failed paper airplane or something. i find the life leech to be its best savng grace here; straight damage reduction (magic or physical) i have no experience with so i can't vouch for anything regarding that.

but hey, if you say so, and rik, i'll take your word for it.

wow I guess my AR is low then, it still says that I have 72% chance to hit _____ is that bad? should it be much higher?

depends; i personally like to have about 85% against standard monsters in act 5 hell.
