highest damage on one hit would probably be a poison skill, pdagger necro with perfect gear, or amazon poison javelin maybe? iirc there are poison setups that allow you to kill diablo in hell with one strike ...

Highest damage in LCS on one hit would be poison explotion iirc, should be above 200k.

But I guess you are asking for fast application in a single strike. Dual dream sorc with maxed enchant, also using vengence gets my vote.

But that still takes 15 strikes of charging atleast before the big one :undecided:

Bizzard please bug the MA sin in the next patch so that the charges don't dissapear when realeasing :grin:
