What build can use the most of Death rw?

Knowing that 'Death' doesn't have inherent IAS - Increase attack Speed ?

100% Chance To Cast Level 44 Chain Lightning When You Die
25% Chance To Cast Level 18 Glacial Spike On Attack
    Indestructible
    +300-385% Enhanced Damage (varies)
    20% Bonus To Attack Rating
    +50 To Attack Rating
    Adds 1-50 Lightning Damage
    7% Mana Stolen Per Hit
    50% Chance of Crushing Blow
+0.5-50% (per Character Level) Deadly Strike (Based on Character Level)
    +1 To Light Radius
Level 22 Blood Golem (15 Charges)
    Requirements -20%

    TIA for your inputs

Probably, but you'd need heavy ias. Of course this depends also on item type.

With a Berzerker Axe you'd need to get 58% ias to reach 4 fpa zeal with a level 25 Fanatism. I don't think that it's very difficult to get that amount of ias.

I use one on a frenzy barbarian, with great success. I recently quested through hell teamed with my friend playing his frost zealot, and we did great. The occasional cold/physical immune monsters were annyoing, but by no means threatening. I put an ethereal "Death" colossus sword in his off-hand and an ethereal "Oath" colossus sword in his on-hand. I have 45 ias from non-weapon sources, and he attacks with great speed.
