What bow to use?

My strafezon just reached level 80, and my damage is terrible. After looking over my equips I saw that the obvious issue was my bow. I have a riphook.... :embarassed:. I've come back from a recent long break from the game and honestly have no idea as to what would be a good bow to get. I have gathered enough junk that I think I should be able to afford something decent. If you could post how much the bow that you recommend goes for, that be much appreciated. :grin:

Eaglehorn or Windforce. Both are decent and cost pgems. Actually not sure if windforce costs pgems. Eaglehorn does.

if you are on ladder you could make yourself a harmony or you can pick up a wws for a few pgems.

good rares if ur lucky
best bet is to get eagle through pgems.

later when ur rich u might wanna consider GM faith =)

I can't find either Harmony or Faith in the runeword guide on this site :sad2:

I would suggest using the arreat summit for runewords, the main part of this website (i.e. the non forum part) hasn't been updated in years.

Oh dear, I had been using the site part. Never thought to check the forums, just figured they were both up to date. Thanks for the links though, very helpful guides.

I like the looks of this "harmony", what variety of bow is it best made in?

a fast bow with high damage.
=> superior 15% matriarchal bow with +3 to bow skills or as close as possible.

Or go for a fast elite non-amazon only bow, it make a great merc bow aswell.
