WF or Lycander's that is the question

So, as the title says, should i use windforce or up'ed lycander's ? This is for multishot zon that has about 300 dex and enough str to use either lycander's or WF. Which to choose? I'm also open to other bow suggestions if any one has them

Windforce all the way. Lycanders can't compete with it

But may I ask why do you prefer Multishot instead of Strafe? Strafe is good for groups and bosses, MS only against big packs

I agree, why you wouldn't use a windforce is beyond me...there is no decision to make!

This may sound strange, but every bowazon I've made I've always maxed both Strafe AND MS...

I just like the two crowd control options they give. And usually have Strafe on left click, MS on right.

I would use Windfroce all the way on a physical damage amazon. The only time I would use Lycander's Bow is on a frost or burning bowazon. :)

i actually reccomend high % upped goldstrike, i heard once that one with high % dmg to demons and undead does more damage to demons and undead than wf does. and since most monsters are demons or are undead.... yah

but witchwild string is by far the coolest... (anyone, anyone at all agree?)

You can use LoH with WF, or Gravepalm if you meet lots of undead :)

my freezing arrow bowazon uses asielnce runeword in a hydra bow :D he kind of kicks non-CI butt, CI's just take longer as i switch to magic arrow and let my merc and valk take them all down.
however, if you dont have a vex available, then id go for WF overall.

I love Witchwild String. Granted, it can't compete with a Windforce for the raw power, but to me, it has a great cool factor. Plus, I'm a big advocate of the bow; I think it's highly underrated. It's not bad in the hands of a zon, especially some variant builds, but it really shines in the hands of a non-zon. The "fires magic arrows" mod is really helpful there, giving mixed damage types (very few enemies in the game are immune to both magic and physical damage), and the dual sockets increase versatility.

Another bow I'm a big fan of is Riphook. My current bowazon, a Crushing Blow/Open Wounds strafer absolutely loves that bow. I socketed it with a Nef, and with a little off-weapon IAS (only 30% needed), it hits a 2-frame Strafe. Between cold damage, slow, knockback, and my tanking Valkyrie, the baddies don't know if they're coming or going. :)

but Lprman... you can wear those with goldstrike also, increasing the damage equally as they would wf's damage, and multishot / strafe with goldstrike is cool wearing LoH, can anyone say tons of holy bolts and FoH? :D

WWS >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> any bow. Juz cos its got style. ;)

MS > strafe for flexibility, strafe > MS for power. Take your pick. Dibs to strafe for cool factor though. ;)

You have to also consider that goldstrike is the only bow with that base speed can reach 2 frame strafe without break your bank.

Shael the bow, use a glove with 20ias, amulet with 20ias, drop a jewel of fervor into either helm or armor, 2 frame strafe right there! Or you can drop two jewel of fervor into armor/helm, and socket something else into the bow.

I like Lycander's Aim on my FrostMaiden. She uses strafe as well, and the ML on the bow means I can strafe constantly without losing any mana.
