yes it most certainly does, but you can only cast it in human form, and then shift back to wolf/bear. if your shield goes down, you must first revert back to human form, cast cyclone armor, and shift back to wolf/bear. i do this all the time, but u gotta be careful. i feel so naked w/o my cyclone armor. one point is enuff. max cyclone armor is a waste. goodluck to u

    Read above post.

Hes correct. In alot of cases your better of jsut getting resist gear.

Look at it this way. If it runs out then your wide open to elemtal attacks. In that scenario you'd need good resist cause shifting to human to cast it in the middle of comabt is suicide. Therefore your gonna need resists. If so why not jsut concentrate on resists instead and spend invaluable skill points elsewhere?

true but if you know youre going in a big battle and your cyclone has been running for a while just recast it then go fight
or if it goes out when your in a battle run awway cast then return

Sometimes retreating is worse than staying to fight... You can get caught off guard, your minions will trail, etc etc.

I think it would be wiser to just have one point in CA but focus on resists.
