Weird bug/ glitch

I had just finished the blood raven quest and went back to town to sell my loot. I went back through the portal and found blood raven alive and well. I looked at my quest log and it said I already finished the quest so i killed her again, can someone explain this to me. ------------------------------ Peace, Squid
