yeah 75% and 125% is the best.I dont know what frame rate these are though.

125% is not the last frame rate.. After it you'll get 165% and 200% only it is very hard to get the right gear for this..

163% is a Druid breakpoint and 200% is for sorcs and barbs. The max cast speed for a necro is definitely reached at 125% FCR.

I think a few people went code-diving and found that it was indeed the last breakpoint. Not just the last achievable one.

A quick test will solve it though.

Be back with results in 10-15 mins.

EDIT:

Ok, test (spacing of Bone Spirit spam by setting distance to object so that only one spirit was visible in the air at any one time) showed no difference between 125 FCR and 1556 FCR, either the breakpoints are even further apart or 125 is the absolute max.
