Being a flat butt myself, I can semi-understand where she is coming from. Would I ever want a booty that size? Heck no.
Stand back and look at it from a different angle. Lets say she had a masectomy (sp). No one would be making jokes about it if a boob exploded. What if she had a huge honker that she wanted a bit smaller? No jokes about that either. She had major surgery and regardless of her reasons, she was entitiled to care. If there is a mishap, she should be compensated. If that mishap occurred during a time of jest on the part of the surgeon, he should have his liscense revoked.
Granted, the story is funny, but the result isn't.
From what I have heard, one has to go through a battery of questions to qualify for plastic surgery. If her expectations weren't set way too high, she should have been a happy, booty camper. If anyone in the medical field thought her request was funny and took it upon themselves to create a mockery of her wishes, they should never have performed it.
