Warning: Townkill Active In Open Bn

A trainer called TOWNKILL for 1.11b is active on Open BattleNet.
This trainer allows the host of an OBN game to kill any player that joins the game at any time. This includs IN TOWN KILLS!

Be safe, host your own games or only join games that are hosted by friends you know.

This is the readme from the trainer.

    T O W N K I L L
    by Blackbird (fka John Doe)
    for 1.11b

After many years of waiting, finally Town Kill has been ported to D2,
the menace of the old Diablo age is back in all its glory.

So what does this do, this hack simply enough allows you to pwn all those scum-wannabe-gods of open
where they least expect it, TOWN.

    How to use this:

    1. Like all trainers, start up a game (host a game)
    2. Then, wait for the bastards to join your game.
    3. Hostile them.
    4. Alt+Tab (or switch in windowed mode, preferred btw) to the trainer.
    5. Hit ENTER (to enable townkill)
    6. PWN them.

To hostile new people, turn it off and repeat from step 3 on.
Note, they won't be able to attack you, but you will be able to attack/kill them.

What else can this be used for?
'Legitimate' purpose could be to slaughter people that escape into town when close to defeat in a duel.

For those that play on private 1.09/1.10 servers, T O W N K I L L will likely be ported to those versions in the future.

Thanks for the info, I don't think it's worthy of a thread though
