Warcry barb Pvp viability?

Say the circlet added +life rathe then 20%FCR if you aren't trying to hit the 200% BP. The life is then Bo'able, along with the 2 PSapphires it would be a much better helm then Shako, and if you're trying to be effective in a PvP environement 200% FCR BP is a necessity, at least it was with my Cry Barb. Now i come to think about it we have been arguing about the helms but we never thought about the bps we are aiming for, i.e 105% fcr or 200%fcr i personally i found that the 105% fcr seemed like enough as u have alot more gear flexability hence the many helm choice.
However if u step up to the next fcr bp u realise that yes a circlet with 3 bo 20 fcr or 2 barb skill 20 fcr pretty much becomes neccessary.
My arguments where not clear enought because ideally the best helm is the more all round type package imo, i.e giving sufficent skills, other stats like, fhr or fcr or even res, potential life and mana. And even then, it all depends on the rest of ur gear that ur using, cuz its agreeable other gloves can be used, i.e fhr gloves (bloodfists) instead of fcr gloves and some use hoto where has the setup i was testing used 2 wizzys for stack + mana and the high fcr meaning i needed only 5% more to reach the 105% bp.
even with the 3 bo 20fcr helm if it spawns say with high hp and mana with socks this can change scenario completely.
To be honnest though 200fcr or 105% fcr this is not a solid pvp build imo even in pvm, its not as effective as a standard set build and i found it was dependent on a mecr too much.
