Warcry barb done, not happy with results
OK, I posted a while ago about my warcry barb plan. I already have a great pvp dueler (ww asn) for private games who has a gear switch vs. every class. I rarely lose with her, but I was sick of pubby dueling because there was no way to have good resists, AR, fcr, DR, and fhr at the same time to fight all of the various classes at once. I decided to make a WC barb, but I planned mine very differently from the guides I read here. I wanted him to be strong all-around for public dueling games, instead of geared specifically to fight casters. This means I wanted to have the following statts.
110 fcr (105 breakpoint)
90 fhr (86 breakpoint)
50 % DR
75% block
Max resist with a lot extra stacked
High def.
This means I will have less vit than a 2 X hoto wc barb, and also less dmg. It alseo means I cannot hit 200 fcr which some wc barbs say is the target fcr bp.

Stats: str for gear, dex for max block rest into vit, 0 energy. I only had to put 3 into str which is pretty nice considering I'm using a CoA.
Skills 20 WC and all 3 synergies, 20 BO, 1 in nat res, iron skin, shout, leap.
End result is around 1700 WC dmg 5k life 18k def.
Now he obviously has top end gear, and I thought that the changes I made to the build for casters wouldn't hurt him too much. All he loses is a little bit of WC dmg, and life, but gains a ton of def, fhr, DR, and 75% block. He basically takes 12.5% dmg from melee, while the 2 X hoto build took 92% (only 8 % DR on enigma and no block). He also has higher def due to archon enigma instead of BP, and a CoA. His resists are still WELL over max.
Unfortunately I can't kill anyone. My warcry only connects a couple times when I get close, and the opponents always get out of stunlock. Even against classes which I'm pretty sure have crappy fhr, like pubby druids and sorcs, they never take more than a couple WCs before they run away. Sometimes they just tank me, spam FBalls, orbs, or spears, and they manage to get a lot off and kill me long before I kill them. I don't know what the problem is, I am considering swapping the CoA for a +5 WC delerium but I don't think a little extra dmg will make the difference (would only add around 200 more dmg)
I've heard a lot of people say 200 fcr is buggy and results in missed casts. 105 fcr seems buggy to me, I miss a lot of teleports and warcries (I do the cast animation but dont actually cast). I think this may be why I can't stunlock anyone, and I guess it's due to lag. The thing is, I rarely have had problems with lag before, and the game seems to be running smoothly, but I just miss a lot of casts. I have considered remaking him with 200 fcr, but I would probably miss even MORE casts then, so it would be useless to rebuild. Anyway, when I posted this idea for a warcry barb a while ago I said I would post the results when he was done, that's why I made this post. Unfortunately it wasn't a good result, and I assume the problem is my computer so there is no way to fix it.
