    Wand Question

    Can a non-magical wand have +1-3 to 'poison and bone skills'?

    I made a 'White' from a +3 to bone spear so that wand alone gives me +8 to bone spear and I'm wondering if I can get even more out of a wand.

    You might want to read about the "oSkills", i'm not positive but i think this may apply here.

    A plain necro wand can not have +1-3 all pnb skills, only specific pnb moves such as bone spear/spirit, etc.

    You wouldn't be able to make 'White' in a +1/2/3 Bone spells wand.

    You can, though, make it in a grey-named wand with two sockets and "staff mods" befitting your necro.
