Cruel fanged knife of quickness with shael and ed/IAS for speedy attacks and damage benefitting from dexterity thus allowing a dexterity build that can use even the lower blocking shields, maybe using one of the new runewords. :

Any of you could try the old cruel fanged along with fortitude and phoenix shield, you can invest dex to get max blocking and boost damge as well. Get the reduce you can from COA and dungos. Then post how it work. Well, I guess will be hard finding the fanged knife on ladder, well have to wait till ladder ends.

Im surprised to see e-stars are still considered in those botd/grief days... As for top weapon id definitely go for a nice rare pb (fools mod over masters for sure), grief zerker second choice.

Btw is famine warspike- 5 fpa? If so wouldnt it outdamage an e-star?
