Personally, I'd prefer +6 spear splendor over Darkforce for pbone NvN (I'm not sure if this is truly good or not, but I just find that +6 spear > +3 pnb), anybody seconds this?

Perhaps it's just me , but since when can +5 bone spear spawn on a white / grey nec shield? +3 is the max you can get. And no , +2 nec / +3 spear doesn't count , because that's a magic shield , which makes splendor not work.

So frankly , +4 bone spear is the max you can get from splendor.

Depends on your build, personally I enjoy using 3 piece trang as most of my necros are venomancers of some sort, so I say trang, for the -25% enemy poison resist bonus and the fact that it has a higher block rate than homoncolus (when stats are considered) until your char is in the mid 90s. It is also very useful for summoners as well when the set is complete (you need it to complete the set )

For bone necros/"unique" summoners, however, homoncolus is the best. But my vote goes for trang shield.
