Very strange

So I found a shrunken head with +3 bone prison and spirit, so I thought not bad can use it for synergies for bone spear. But when I equiped it my bone spear damage didn't go up so am I overlooking something or is this just strange?

Synergies only work with 'hard' points (hard meaning points you actually spend in a skill) and not +skill items/charms/shrines

Synergies only work with hard points, not +skills from items. So if you had one hard point in Bone Armor and, say +2Bone Wall from an item, your Bone Wall would only be 20(1 BA), not 50 (1BA + 2BW synergy), because you don't get the synergy bonus from the +2BW on the item.

Oh I see thanks for replying, geuss I have to find +bone spear or +PB ones.
