Very Nice Caster Ring

Hey guys, I wanted to get an unbiased set of eyes on my latest find. To me, this ring is amazing, and I honestly think it has a shot of selling at $250, but wanted to see what my fellow valuers had to say about it. (I'm hoping my opinion isn't tainted due to the fact that I found it .) I know it's missing res's, but it's still nice for a DPS caster.

Stats:

+22-45 Damage
+** Intelligence
+78 Vitality
+8% Life
+8% Attack Speed Increase
1 open socket

What do you guys think?

It's very nice, though, without res and crit chance I'd be surprised if you got 250. I think the rolls are pretty insane though so who knows.
