Hi I have a question about venom. Before I EVER casted it, my damage was 6-11. Now ever since I casted it it’s bin staying at 600-700, then when I re-cast Venom the damage does down to about 400-550, then when it’s over back to 600-700. I know it’s not a bad thing, but what’s up?

Check what you've got on for other psn dmg, in charms or gear, because venom will actually (on a % basis) reduce the effectiveness of other psn dmg dealing items.

Question asked was based on having 500 poison dmg with small charms and 500 with venom... Below is the answer given:

So the total damage over 0.4 seconds is 500 (from venom) + 5*(100/4)*0.4 = 550. So you have a 10% damage increase. You decide if that is useful.

So having psn scs is bad, but having 500 psn dmg from scs gives 10% more damage? What's up with this, so cut to the basics. Is having psn scs good or bad.

Long story short, I would say save them for a different character.

Seconded. Use the inventory space on your assa for something more useful, like other elemental damage or something else. Venom drastically shortens the usefulness of other poison damage sources.
