if your kicking/d-claw, good luck doing a dweb/20-20 flash. that sort of thing is usually done with a widowmaker while the arrow is in the air.

3: yes, venom is active at the level it's cast at. however, +% poison damage mods (like trangs gloves) only gets the double application calculated on whats active when you hit something. ditto any -% poison res you have.

What he's trying to say in regards to "flashing" is that Venom's duration is so short that a "flash" not only won't happen, it wouldn't be beneficial, as in Rabies "flashes"(long duration, huge impact on the damage).
